Kristen Stewart has said she feels she has become her “Twilight” character Bella Swan.
The 19-year-old feels “protective” of her big screen alter ego because their lives have progressed in a similar way.
“I feel like Bella has become something that is me, in a weird way. I feel very protective of her. Bella and I have been on a similar ride, in that during the second film she
matures a bit. She’s making these drastic life decisions and she knows what she wants,” she said.
Perhaps this is the reason for the rumored off-screen romance? By the way Kristen, it’s OK to love the story and the characters…if we had the chance, we’d be Bella too. Who wouldn’t want an Edward or Jacob romance?
“She’s got to know herself much better. I think I’ve done the same thing through this project. It’s been a wild ride and there’s been a lot of self-evaluation. I’ve grown a lot, and so has Bella,” she added.
Robert Pattinson made a mistake?! I found this article online and hunted down the video, where Robert confesses and apologizes on the Ellen Degeneres show about the incident. The ‘incident’ basically occured during a signing session, where he got bored with the typical 10 second conversation consisting of “How are you doing?” Instead he decided to say, “Um, take off your clothes.” And like a good Twilight fan, the girl stripped!?!?!? Watch the clip below where Robert confesses his “terrible guilt.” Seriously, he doesn’t have that much power over us – does he?
This is an old interview from the “Twilight: New Moon” promotion, November 20, 2009…but how did I miss it? enjoy….

Justin Chon from the “Twilight Saga” (aka Eric) busts an interview with Muse. Here it is straight from the human’s mouth….
Hello. This is Justin Chon from “The Twilight Saga” (you may know me better as Eric). MTV invited to interview Muse and hang back stage at KROQ’s annual Almost Acoustic Christmas concert. It was my first time being backstage at any concert, so I was extremely excited to see what it was all about. I have to say that I haven’t had that much fun in a long long time.
I left my place at around 7 p.m. and headed over the the Gibson Amphitheater. When I got there, I was able to park in the VIP area because I was with the one and only MTV.
Once I got to the event, it was absolute mayhem. There were so many people in the backstage reception area. Famous people were just perusing about like nobody’s business. I met up with the MTV crew and we started our little adventure. I saw my friend Joe Hahn from Linkin Park. Right away had a little problem because he heard me mention my favorite band was Muse. (I settled it by saying they were my second-favorite.)
Once we got inside, I was able to interview people like Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin from “Superbad”), Dr. Drew, Deryck Whibley from Sum 41 and a bunch of others. However, the fun really didn’t start until I went back to where the band dressing rooms were. I ended up taking shots with Slightly Stoopid and hanging with the members of Phoenix. Chris from Vampire Weekend came up to me and asked, “Are you that guy from ‘Twilight?’” and I said yes. He then said “Let’s take a picture.” I was like, “What?! You’re the rock star!”
Later, I got to catch 311 and, at long last, Muse’s performance. They were absolutely amazing. After their set, I went backstage and there was a whole mess of people outside the dressing room trying to get a chance to talk or take a picture with them. But of course because I was with MTV, I got full access to the band and interviewed them. I was a little nervous before I went in but I did my tantric breathing and ended up being fine.
The interview went smooth as butter. After the interview was over I took a picture with them and tried not to look too excited. All in all, it was a night I won’t soon forget.

Seems the Twilight cast is making tops of every Tops list around! The New Yorker names Anna Kendrick and Kristen Stewart’s films in top ten best of 2009. Wow, good job girls.

In addition to The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Kristen Stewart and Anna Kendrick also enjoyed the release of their other work in 2009 – work which has been noted and celebrated by critics.
Kristen Stewart’s Adventureland came out this spring, and Anna Kendrick’s Up In The Air has been released in limited locations but will be fully released on Christmas Day.
According to the New Yorker, these are two must-see films of 2009 – some of the best of the year, in fact. Writer David Denby describes Adventureland as a “lovely memory of a misspent summer at a tacky Pittsburgh amusement park in the early eighties” and says that Stewart “turns those eyes on Jesse Eisenberg, a toothless non-vampire, as he struggles toward manhood.”
About Up In The Air, Denby says “what’s good in Jason Reitman’s adaptation of Walter Kirn’s novel is very good.” While he doesn’t explicitly note Kendrick’s performance in the film, that goes without saying – especially considering all of the rampant buzz surrounding her performance.
Also noted in the list is Summit Entertainment’s The Hurt Locker, which is said to be “Hair-raising.”
Good list, eh? The ladies of Twilight sure do know how to make a splash!

USAToday posted a great article about Ashely Greene. Looks like there is life outside of Twilight!
New Moon star Ashley Greene is still getting a grip on her rise to fame — but with a full slate of upcoming projects, she’s making sure her career extends beyond vampires and werewolves.
“Instantly we have this fan base, instantly we have these careers and people know who we are,” says the actress, 22, who likened the rush to “instant happiness. … People now actually care about what projects I’m in.”
Greene was 17 when she moved to Los Angeles from Florida after graduating high school a semester early, and now, after being cast as prescient vampire Alice Cullen in the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s vampire romance series, Greene’s visibility has skyrocketed. In addition to the release of Twilight: Eclipse June 30, Greene has two additional wrapped films under her belt.
Just like the first two Twilight movies, Eclipse has a different director, David Slade, who Greene says is “definitely different from Catherine (Hardwicke) and Chris (Weitz). He is technically the most specific director that I’ve ever worked with.” Greene says fans of the franchise should expect Slade to “bring a darker element to this film. He seems to kind of specialize in that.”
That darker side includes Alice as well. “In (Twilight), you see that quality about Alice that makes her so lovable is she’s so positive and upbeat. In (New Moon), you see how she takes these uncomfortable situations and she’s sassy and she brings light to a dark scene,” Greene says. “In (Eclipse), you get to see a little bit of a darker side when her family is in danger. You get to see once again that she is an animal and she’s not human.”
As for adding non-vampire films to her résumé, Greene will be at Sundance in January for the premiere ofSkateland. “The fact that we’re going to Sundance is a validity factor for an actor doing something you’re passionate about.”
In Skateland, Greene stars as Michelle Birkam, a girl-next-door type who befriends a cool kid with a job at the local skate rink. It’s set in the 1980s, so “I look just like my mother,” she says. “It’s crazy!”
Greene, who filmed Skateland in between Twilight and New Moon, also has wrapped Warrior, now in post-production, which stars Twilight buddy Kellan Lutz. “I got done with Twilight and went independent-crazy,” Greene says.
Indies aside, she just landed the lead in The Apparition, a big-budget Warner Bros. thriller being produced byThe Matrix’s Joel Silver.
“To be the lead in my own box-office film is just another step,” Greene says. “A couple of days before, I probably won’t be able to sleep, but I’m not even nervous about it now. … I’m just like one of those giddy girls who wants to make sure everything is perfect for the first day of school. I’ve already planned a week (before filming begins in Berlin) to turn off my cellphone and just focus.” And with even more screen time in New Moon, which has grossed more than $267.4 million to date, she’s familiar with the craze that comes with being in a box-office sensation.
“It’s so strange, because we spend months on set, and then it’s like, by the way, this is what’s been brewing while we’ve been working,” she says, referring to Twilight’s fearlessly devoted fan base.
“I’ve gotten asked by people to get a lock of Rob’s hair,” she says of co-star Robert Pattinson, who drives teens and older women alike wild as vampire Edward Cullen. “I’ve even had girls come up to me and ask to smell my hair.
“I’ve gotten proposals, and I always wonder, what would (people) do if I said yes?”

Alex Meraz plays the role of werewolf Paul in “New Moon.” He made a public appearance before a Griffin’s game in Grand Rapids, MI…luckies.

Alex Meraz’s top priority for visiting his “New Moon’ co-star Taylor Lautner’s hometown?
“I definitely drank some of the water,” the actor said before he signed autographs and snapped photos with approximately 1,000 “Twilight” fans before Saturday’s Griffins game. “I want to pop a couple more abs (like Lautner).”A virtual unknown before inhabiting the role of werewolf Paul, Meraz was friendly and smiling as he greeted smitten fans. Among those thrilled: a pack of teen girls from Forest Hills Central High School, who had won tickets to the game and the chance to meet Meraz at a VIP autograph session before the general signing event organized by the clothing store Platos Closet.
Starry-eyed after meeting Meraz, they were iffy on whether their allegiance had shifted from “Team Jacob” (fans of Lautner’s character, Jacob Black, and by association his werewolf pack), and “Team Edward” (fans of Robert Pattinson’s character, Edward Cullen).
“If it were Team (Alex Meraz), then yes, I would have switched,” said Madeline Martin, 17. Her pals Skylar Grant and Hilary Spruit, both 17, concurred. “I’m on ‘Team No Shirt,’” joked Grant. Teenage girls were not the only demographic represented in the line to meet Meraz. Sara Heacox, 32, of Grand Haven was sporting a “Twilight Moms” tee shirt over her pregnant belly. Heacox is the book-of-the-month moderator for Twilightmoms.com, and recently met author Stephenie Meyer when she appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
“Those of us in ‘Twilight Moms’ tend to follow the actors in the movies, and (Meraz) is one of my favorites,” she said. “He paints and reads. He recently Tweeted that he was reading “Water for Elephants” (by Sara Gruen). I was impressed.” Meraz, wearing a thin sweater and “weak little jacket,” admitted he was “underdressed” for Michigan’s bluster. His werewolf character, Paul, would never be caught under-prepared for the elements; after all, he can shapeshift into a snarling, furry monster at will.
“(Paul) is unapologetic about what and who he is and his role as a protector,” Meraz said. The 24-year-old father of one promises that “Eclipse,” the third movie in the “Twilight Saga” franchise, will find Paul “hairier and scarier. The werewolves team up with the Cullens, and it’s a whole bigger thing.”
With his career launched into orbit by the extraordinary success of “New Moon,” the Arizona native is in talks with film producers to appear in more movies. Unless lightening strikes twice, though, Meraz may never be a part of a worldwide pop culture phenomenon like the one he’s in the middle of right now.
“(The Twilight Saga) is a love story, yes,” he said, attempting to explain the appeal of the books and movies that have captivated so many. “But more so, in this day and age, of war and financial crises, people want to go to a place of fantasy.”

Ashley Greene you are so cute. That’s why we are dedicating this post to you and your interview with … the Boise News. Hopefully you weren’t in Boise!
She’s widely known as Alice Cullen, vampire sister to Bella’s love, Edward. ByTwilight, she’s Alice with a bit of a dark side. But by day, she’s Ashley Greene — and she’s definitely a bright spot. We met up with Ashley to talk about the cast, the fame, and of course, the latest of the Twilight saga films, New Moon.
Q: How was it different filming New Moon as opposed to the originalTwilight?
A: For me, personally, I just had so much more fun, and I was so much more relaxed and could enjoy myself more. We had already established relationships with each other, so we were this little family. And then, of course, I got to go to Italy, which isn’t too shabby. Waking up to the Tuscany countryside is incredible! I ate lots of pasta.
Q: Who were you closest to on the set?
A: I’m close with different cast members for different reasons. Me and Kellan [Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen] have always been close. Unfortunately, Rachelle LaFevre isn’t doing the third film, but we were very close on the second film. We were the people who were always like, “Do you want to go out to eat?” and gather everyone together. She and I always worked out together.
Q: What would you say sets New Moon apart from the first film?
A: I know everyone was kind of worried about Edward not being in the movie, but you definitely see some Rob Pattinson, and you really get to see the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob. We also really developed the relationship between Alice and Bella as well, because you didn’t get to that very much in the first one. There were some complaints about, “They’re supposed to be best friends, and you don’t even see them together.” So, we hit on that a little more too.
Q: What has been your craziest fan encounter?
A: There is one person I saw in Vancouver, Italy and London. I was like, “Oh, my gosh, you’re a well-traveled fan!” It’s always craziest when I’m with the guys, because it’s such a female-driven fan base that they just go crazy and cry and shake and scream. With me, it’s just that they want a hug or a picture. Everyone wants to be my best friend because everyone wants to be Alice’s best friend because she’s such a likeable character. That’s actually pretty cool.
